In the I Love Lucy television series of the 1950s, Ricky Ricardo used the catchphrase, “Lucy, you got some ‘splaining to do” whenever Lucy was caught in a lie or some other misdeed. Like her, most of us are forced to ‘splain things when we tell a fib or make a mistake. However, apparently, some very special people have a “Get Out of ‘splaining Card” that allows them to tell lie after lie or misbehave without repercussions. They tell lie after lie, both to others and perhaps to themselves.
The following video concerns the painfully clear mendacity of 71% of the white protestant Evangelicals who support Donald John Trump. Their golden president and his administration have absolutely none of the qualities of Christ, yet they put him on a religious pedestal and believe in him unquestioningly.
